My Fish Got Beaten Up With Cloudy Eyes

so the fish on the other divider got through and beat the living chit out of my fish. The other fish is a better fighter for it has no damages to it at all. The losing fish still fights when I came in for the rescue but had total damages to tails and eyes are now cloudy. He can't even see where he's going and I threw in some worms and he be snapping like crazy to catch it but no cigar.

What to do to heal such battle wounds or more importantly, is this a case of cloudy eye disease or should I continue to change the water often by 10% daily to get the eye back to clear status again?

Unhealthy To Live With Fh Tanks In Your Room?

I mean if you have tanks in your room and you close up your window and you sleep with it, will you get sick from the vapor coming from your fish tank?

considering that the tank has chemicals in it like water neutralizer and ammonia, nitrate and stuff
