Hi. I got 2 what i think is rainbow ZhenZhous... thats wut my friend told me when he gave them to me. I got both of them from the same batch of fry but 1 was a lot larger than the other one. so i figured the larger one was a male since iheard males grow faster than females... and boy did it grow! i named the male edward and female bella... but for some reason im doubting if the male is really a male! i took these pics with my iphone so sorry if the quality kinda sucks lol. and because my phone camera doesnt have a flash the water looks blue depending on the angle. i hope from these pictures you guys can tell since im starting to think edward is just a huge female LOL. i dont see a presence of a kok wut so ever. thanks!

Hi. i just had a general question since i keep getting different reviews about what PH level you should keep your FH in. i read online anywhere from 7.4 - 8.0 is fine. isnt that way too much of a gap? and im sure it makes a big difference if the PH was 7.4 or 8.0. i first kept my FH at a ph level of 7.0 then i bought crushed coral and added it in lil by lil everyday. over a 2 week period it raised to 7.8 - 8.0. Is that too high??

Hi. I would like to know everyones experiences with grand sumo flowerhorn food since i just purchased it along with chingmix sp80. I fed my 2 flowerhorns the grand sumo food for a few days and 1 the colors just faded away. it hardly has any pearls left and its left a greyish blue/green. While one the other hand the other Fh seemed like it got a bit brighter. I used to feed them Alife. I didnt like how the grand sumo was making my Fh's color fade out so since yesterday night i fed it chingmix. The names of my flowerhorn are Edward and Bella. They were born at the same time but edward is 10x bigger than Bella lol. Anyways Edwards color was fading so im going to see if the chingmix helps. I fed Bella a few chingmix pellets before i went to bed... and she seemed to get brighter and her fins are getting this really pretty pattern. Both of them are from the same batch and from what my friend told me they are Zhen Zhous. I'm not sure if it was the grand sumo affecting the color of my edward.. so if everyone could just let me know your experience with grand sumo and or chingmix it'll be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!
