Greetings Everyone!

I'm very pleased and excited to officially announce we will be hosting our very first Malaysian Flowerhorn Group buy, from Flowerfish, Starting on 7/6/09! (Exact start time to follow shortly)

Attached Image

This will be your chance to add some crazy Malaysian Koksters to your collection! Both Faders and regular KGM will be available. Fish will range in size from 3" and up, at the lowest possible prices we were able to negotiate. The Transhipper will be the wonderful Julie Tran once again. Any questions, please post here or send me a PM!

"Beauty is subjective and varying. What is considered beautiful in one place may not be in another, and there are no sure guidelines for beauty. Because of his, the overall impression that a fish gives you at the start is certainly very important. You may find defects and unattractive places when you carefully observe a fish's entire body, but then find that after you have stepped back a few feet, that the things you found fault with do not offend the eye and may actually be quite pleasing. Your balanced judgement is the overall impression you have received and is absolutely subjective. The most important part of selecting a Flowerhorn, apart from a few basic principles, is the overall feeling that a fish gives you." - The ever-changing of Lo-Han

One of the great things about flowerfish is they are incredibly transparent with their breeding fish. As you can see at the top of your screen I've added a few pics of their breeding pairs. These are readily available on their web site. Here are some more pics of their breeders and their farm:

I love this pair 64.gif :

love nest maybe. Much like the one You and Joel built belly_laugh.gif My guess is it makes a hiding spot for the female, so she can't be seen from the main part of the pond.
