there was a leichardti arowana in the store i volunteered at a few years back, it was 500 bux, whereas they sell Jardinis for around 100, so i can safely say leichardtis will cost you a lot more then a jardini would.

Dan I thought u only had 1 tank now? If u get a jar you will only have 1 fish also... I had a jar for a while and ended up getting rid of it cause they r SOOOO mean and need a really WIDE footprint when adults... They need a wider tank then a silver cause the body only flex like a pike whereas a silver or black can all most bend in half... They are fairly easy to get on to dry foods though... They look great. Only downfalls are the temperment and size. If u dont keep it in a big enough tank they are prone to getting gill curl from not having enough oxygen passing through the gills... Good luck!

i had jar/ lei before. the price for small size around 4" for jar as i think around my area is $40 while lei is about $85. i recommend get the lei than the jar as they're less agressive and the pearls are shinnier. ^_^
