this was a fluke that came in handy. . . my egg crate divider fell and the airstone made bubbles, keeping it afloat. I kept it there and thought why the hell not. So i fed the fishes and usually the parrot fish doesn't get much food in a serving. This time she had a whole mouth full in one bite. and its keeps the food in one area depending how large of an egg crate you use

so i came up with this idea. I took a small piece of an egg crate and took plastic. With some silicone, endless possibilities. Just look at the picture. you should get the idea

hope this helps guys. kind of reminds me of the koi ring

its just a plant ... it just grow like that ... and if you just so happen to set it on fire ... there are some effects ... but that not the same as drugs ... drugs you got to do sh*t to it chemically ... you gotta use baking soda water, stir it up... i don't know the recipe .. -kat williams

Looks good, how about cutting out the tabs where the plastic is laying and then cut the egg crate down a bit. This would help me with my divided tanks when one fish is getting a different diet than the other.

You could even put a small hole in the plastic to drop the feed in.....

pellets will suck right into my built in overflow, ive been using this o-ring for a while now, but the egg crate could be cheaper and there are more to trap, good idear, take some pics when this is in the tank.
