Hua Luo Han Group: Members Posts: 2,759 Joined: 25-October 07 From: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Member No.: 33 Country :	i hope these 2 species dont stay together permanently. balzanii (as well as all Gymnogeophagus) require a severe temp drop for a few months of the year otherwise they will suffer badly, this temp drop is much to low for a severum (efasciatus to be exact) to withstand.

Hua Luo Han Group: Members Posts: 2,759 Joined: 25-October 07 From: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Member No.: 33 Country :	they need the imitation of the winter months otherwise they just melt away and die, there color will fade drastically and will usually kill them. they require a 3 month drop to a temp of 54-60 degrees Fahrenheit.
