Nice set up, if you upgrade the stands I would especially do the one on the crate (2nd tank). If I am not mistaken, I think these stackable crates have very low load bearing since they are made of entirely of plastic. You should check out the shelves at home depot for the tanks, they are very strong and relatively cheap.

It's not about the wood.
It's about a glass tank not having it's weight spread out evenly.
The stress point is at the base of the tank right at the edge of the wood stand.
I would get a stand or something that can fit the entire tank.

Very nice fish and setup you go though. It is nice to see a decorate tank.
