I thought to throw this out just for some information.
I use Fenbendazole, AKA Panacur, to treat for a wide range of intestinal worms.
If your fish is eating, especially raw shrimp or prawns, just fillet the shrimp meat and cut into smaller pieces and smash up a bit. Sprinkle some Fenbendazole all over the meat so that the entire surface area is covered with the white powder medicine, mix well, let it sit for an hour or so, and serve.
Feed lightly one time per day for 3 straight days and your fish will be free of any intestinal worms.
Do not feed anything else during this deworming period.
I will prepare enough of this medicated food to last the entire 3 days treatment and keep it covered in the fridge.
You will need perform this 3 days treatment twice with a week of rest in between inorder to complete the worm life cycle. And repeat this same treatment every 6 months.
Hope this information is helpful.

I think it would be better to state how much shrimp in weights like gram and the amount of Panacure to use in mg. In that way it would be precise in dosage.

Great question Jame.
These are the recommended ratios: 1 teaspoon = 1.5 gram, 10 grams per 1 kilogram of feed and 110 gram medicated food per 1 kilogram of fish body weight.
This is an example of the math:
For a 6 inch fish, the average weight would be around 1/4 lb, so you will need to feed him 12.5 gram of the medicated feed per day for 3 days straight.

We can use this ratio and cut it down to a science but I don't have a scale to make small measurements.
My rough method seems to work OK since this med is quite safe.
I use the same med to treat my dogs and have a ratio of mass to teaspoon measurement in my dog's notes somewhere. I'll try to find it and add it to this thread.

Great!
This would be a great guideline for people who sticks to a routine deworming.

It's the same stuff in different packages.
I buy mine from Jehmco as a fish med but I use most of it on my dogs; much cheaper for me.
