Like others here I was also asked to come here due to my mean planted tank skillz. ahaha just joking. But here is a bit about me :).

I am just starting in the fish business. I have had my 20G tank up and running since last September, the experience I have gained from this tank has been phenomenal. However I couldn't have done it without my friends over at myfishtank.net. They helped me tonnes. But anyways, my tank has just recently been upgraded to 4.65WPG, and has flourite substrate (not a deep enough bed though :S), has a DIY CO2 unit running on it, and I am dosing Seachem's line of ferts (except Trace) at a dosage that seems to be working well for me.

My 'specialty', if you will, is in aquascaping. My tank may not show it off too well, but I have done a lot of research and picture surfing and tinkering in my own tank to know what should go were and what would look good where.

The inhabitants in my tank are about 10 or so guppies- all of which were born and bred in my aquarium- as well as a small school of five neon tetras, an oto, two amano shrimp, and about 6-8 ghost shrimp (asked for five, got a bunch :/ ).

Here is my tank! :D There is a link in my signature if you want to browse the journal I have been keeping ever since my tank started. You can see pictures of how the tank evolved and perhaps learn a thing or two from my experiences :).

[These pictures suck and I know it 36_11_22[1].gif. My camera isn't working so I have been using my laptop camera to take them and it skews the colours a bit and everything is blotchy. Maybe this weekend, maybe in a few weeks, I will borrow my mother's good camera and tripod and get some real pictures for you all :D]
