Are these jewel cichlid hybrids or just line breed? Never seen them with worm pearls

As far as the Neon or Turquoise Hemichomis... another mystery as far as I know. Some get imported from the Congo or Nigeria and some are said to be hybrids. Were they really imported from W. Africa??? Who knows. Yes, some from a batch can be very iridescent with many wormy pearls. There is one more oddity...  |

petland is already carrying jewel fish with worm pearls seen it last week in the 2nd pic looks like the fish in the background is missing its top jaw
