* For shipping, I will do a flat rate for all members that are outside of California, if you are ordering one 3-5" size fish, the shipping is flat $60.00 (fees/box/heat pack/etc) and each additional fish is $10 more up to 4 fish per box
* For people that are within California and needs shipping, the cost will be $45.00 (fees/box/heat pack/etc), each additional fish is $10 more up to 4 fish per box..
* IF you are purchasing the LARGER SHOW Quality fish (6"+).. the shipping may be more due to the size!! Also, The shipping rate MAY change after the fish arrives because the description and size of the fish imported sometimes don't match.

LOCAL PICK UP INFO!! On the date of arrivial of the fish, I will need all the LOCAL members to meet me in front of my store (before) that same day to pick up the fish, for any reason you will not be able to make it the same day and wish to pick up later, please PM me so i will give you my home address where you can pick up the fish. ** If i have to take the fish home and take care of it for you, there will be an extra $15 charge per fish for housing and caring for up to 7 days ONLY!
This does not apply to the out of state members, but i will ship out the fish within 3-5 days of arrival, and if you want me to hold the fish for longer by any reason, I will also request $15 charge per fish for housing and caring for up to 7 days ONLY!

DOA Policy:
Even though we strive for the best and safest ways to transport fish, sometimes, there will still be mishaps by the carriers. But do not worry, we have set up a DOA policy that should be fair to everyone.

for DOA fish, you have to be post picture of the dead fish with fins cut off within 6 hours of arrival time according to FEDEX delivery record to get a replacement fish.. for MPs that are DOA, you will have to discuss with JaPRO for future replacements. The Alive Arrival Guaranty will be VOID if no one sign for the package for WHATEVER REASON (I don't care), you have to sign for the package!! If the fedex man left the package at the door step and you later find out about the package and the fish are dead.. the Alive arrival guaranty is VOID. So make sure you will be home on the date of delivery.
