As long as they can get along the africans with the flowerhorn use similair water conditions. The cichla and the gt are south american cichlids. They require a little softer water ( not discus soft) and nuetral ph. To be honest they can all live in the same water for a long time but they will osmoregulate in their preferred conditions better and live longer without internal organ problems years from now.

could be 125 gallons mate... :-) I wouldn't keep the flowerhorn with the africans bro... When he grows up he will most probably kill all the other fish in there...
Got pics?

You can keep the large growing africans called Haps they are the fish eaters of the lake .they eat mmbuna [zebra] .Zebra grow 6 " and eat alge but they will eat pellets like flowerhorn as agression is not a problem cause they dont reconize each other so they dont have to compete with each other cichlids fight for space ,food, girls, and if they have same color shape size watch out war!!!!!
