My fish tank where the joint of the 2 pieces of glasses, it has bubbles. What should I do? It is not leaking. It holds water just fine. There is enough gap to put in the silicon right in between of the 2 joints. Should i squeeze the silicon in the gap? You think it will be oke? It is a 90 gallons tank. Thanks

i've always heard that if this occurs, this weakens the seal and structural integrity of the seal.
is this a new tank? or has it been up and running for long time? -------------------- |

Looks like it has been resealed. You should take the old one out & reseal it before something happens.

the gap is the issue I see as being a problem. This is a sign the glass is moving and not good at all structurally. Might be ok, might not. I had this same issue on a 55 and the seam ended up splitting. Luckily I was home and my son noticed it and no deaths resulted. If you have the space, might not be a bad idea to do a reseal IMO.

This tank has been running for over 2 years. It has never been reseal. If I am going to do a reseal, I don't think I will be able to cover the gap. I believe the only way to cover the gap is by taking out the glass panel and rejoin them. Humm... I don't know?????
