yeah, just ok. The impeller magnet gets messed up when debri falls down.

I had them for years. It's pretty good filter. The problem is it takes while to clean them. Also the media holder is little small.

You can, but won't have enough room for the carbon. You will be fine without bio balls. Also you can add BIO-Wheel it works very well. See the link. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod...amp;pcatid=3595

can i put bio balls in the cabon container? bio balls wont work well since they will be submersed the whole time. Best thing to do is get the carbonin there and change to the other filter once the carbon cleans the water! -------------------- |
