Hey guys I think it would be a good idea to have a section for members to recommend members to become moderators. That way the membership will have input on who they want running their forum. I would like to see Gage as a mod personally. I know he is young, but he will connect with the younger members, and the younger members are future of hobby right??? Plus he is very knowledgable for his age, very active, and willing to help members. These are all qualitys that would make him a great MOD IMO.

As i mention before, all great suggestions will be put into place asap!

Joe, you think i would be a good mod??? even after that little "incident" in LA HAN's thread in the for sale section? i personally would do it, but dont u think im a little young/not much experience to be a mod?

just for the record, im making it quite evident i would have banned him right their, not for the insults towards me, but for consistantly making negative comments towards, well...everyone.

I think you would do a great job Gage, especially if you learn to bite your tongue a little bit bro. But there are more and more younger members, and I think you could help target the younger members more than us old farts. But yeah, I read your comments in that thread, and I"m like man, I just made that thread a few hours ago, and here goes Gage LMAO!!

trust me bro, im trying to bite it, and im biting it pretty damn hard lol, on the bright side, i made it as "forum friendly" as i could, i just dont think i have the tolerance needed to be a mod, i dunno, id do it like i said, but i dunno how well it would work out LOL.

dont worry, ill try to keep biting my tongue and not say what im thinking, i thought him calling me a Canadian was pretty funny though...

i must say i always admit when im wrong, but my problem is i have a big mouth when it comes to people i dont like.

i would like to recommend porgy as a moderator because hes a very good guy and has a large amount of knowledge of african, central and south american cichlids.

i agree, george is a value to the hobby. We will be soon rolling out a new format for the mods that will enable more participation from the members to manage the site.

i recommend Joe/Vittleking and Jake/Luvtocatchem to be on the mod team, i think these guys will be a big asset to the hobby/forum!!
