I got this from a post on the other site I hope xxxMrxSaux doesnt mind he is the one who posted it:
First way to begins is pretty simple.... Get Green TExas x King Kong Parrot and you should get some that you like prefferably female because of higher fertility rate and then from there you breed her back with father the best way to approach this is to have alot of male at hand and test if they are fertile then rebreed back with the mom for stronger fading / redness genetics and after that breed the RT that's a male and fertile with his sister and you should have good stock of breedings going or you can always breed Green tex With Parrot over and over until you find one that you like but it's just easier to buy one than make them in my opinion some of the good rt's out there cost an arm / leg or maybe even your life hahaah SRT imho are just Texas that fade into a super red orange color hope this helped...? It really comes down to selective breeding after the first breed.

Is there any advice a person could get to help increase fade rates of the offspring?

for faded rates of offsprings I believe it's still a game of chance. But one sure way is to inbreed with the f1's and f2's and so on that already fade and are fertile
