buffalo cichlid (Steatocranus casuarius) male in stress colors, just appears to be looking up, i dont think it has a bent spine, a pure bred african cichlid from the Congo river basin, great fish, stays small, 4-5", and is pretty peaceful.

yea and they are actually a couple bucks each lol, saw many of these african cichlids at local fish club for sale (GEEK!)

Cute little African Cichlids. They have a nice temperment too compared to some Mbuna. Nice little fish if you can find them for sale.

nice looking buffalo head :) i kept these for a bit back in the 90's not a bad fish to care for, slow grower, and easy breeder. however these fish are Africans. i no longer keep any.
