In a continuing effort to improve this forum for your enjoyment and knowledge sharing, we constantly work behind the scene to implement new features and contests for our members. Here at flowerhorns.org, we value and recognize everybody's contribution to the forum. But that is not enough. We would like your individual contribution to be recognized by your fellow members as well. Today, we are pleased to announce the Member of The Month (MoTH) contest. So, login, nominate and vote for your favourite member. Below are the details of the contest:

Nomination and voting rules:

Nominations are accepted from the 1^st to the 14^th of the month (2 weeks)
Voting is from the 15^th to the end of the month (2 weeks)
Winner announcement is during the first week of the following month.

Each person can nominate one member.
A member can nominate him/her self.
Previous months' nominees and winners can be nominated (and win).
Each member can submit one vote.

Nomination Criteria:
1) Helpfulness to fellow members
2) Knowledge - flowerhorn and/or aquarium/fish knowledge
3) Contribution to the forum - activeness/post count
4) Attitude - fun and easy going

Winning Criteria:
1) Nominee with the most votes will win
2) In case of tie breaker, fhs.org staff will vote based on the 4 nomination criteria above.

Prize:
A prize will be presented to the winner of the contest. The prize will be announced in the official contest thread and it will vary each month.

Note:
1) A member is defined as a login name (including the staff, community/overseas sellers and everybody else)
2) Winners of MoTH will be voted at the end of the year for Member of The Year (MoTY).
