is there anybody that can id my flhorn and give me some pointers to bring out the beast in my flowerhorn he is very active and eats everything i feed him which consist of bloodworms , prawn , and ghost shrimp oh yea i feed him cichlid extreme pellets .

as luvtocatchem said it looks to be a good looking ZZMalau, the red into orange is cool as hell. Your doing a good job so far with feeding you may wanna try a higher grade pellet. You can find some available from some of the members here on the forum

Zhen Zhu probly zzm like others said but definatly Zhen Zhu strain. Very nice fish too. I would upgrade pellet also, this guy is worth it!! Might want to throw some freeze dried krill in the mix IMO also.Good score buddy!!

thanks guys that makes me feel better i hope he turns into a beast i got big plans for him just waiting to get my hands on a female cuban cichlid or a red texas lol . oh yea can any of u guys put me onto anyone thats has some good flowerhorn pellets or superfood so i can pump him up

click that link and you can join team chingmix. Members get special price bro. You should be able to get new life spectrum at your LFS that is good stuff also. I would go with ching and 1 or 2 other pellets. You can even mix them all if your fish are not picky. -------------------- |
