i saw there is a small round white itch (scabies) on my fish's body, what caused that? and how do i cure my fish, thanks guys

Are these white spots all over the fish, topside for the most but wide spread. Pictures would be helpful.

Are they about .5 mm to 1 mm in size.

If so it could be Ick, and just about every aquarium store has Ick cure. Follow the instructions and you fish should pull through. But give us some pictures so either myself or someone else can diagnose your fish.
