From what i have heard high quality flowerhorns are hard to find in Australia just like here in Canada.. you will find a good quality one every now and then.
Also i may be mistaken but i think recall someone saying that fh's are illegal in AUS? or something along those lines. As for the fish.. the price is kinds high for me but it also depends on the availability of fh's in your area... Are you sure this is a female? If so try to find a nice pearly male with good structure and a big kok to make her happy... just make sure he is bigger then her or she might kick his A$$... she looks pretty tuff! I just talked to rainnybeta no shipping to australia!I have another idea though.if they are made illegal the price u paid is still high 4 a illegal fh.u can use that flowerhorn and breed to some parrots or texas c wut u get then sell them youreselves.try a sysprlm and u might get something cool.all will make fh.I don't think u guys are getting anything new anytime soon in australia!find a chinatown in a big city u probley still find something good at a pet store there.get wut u can if they become illigal and breed n sell the blackmarket breed.sounds cool.
