sup guys, for those that dont know, im really into bettas, even though ive only got 4 (dont have any room as of right now), i want to get into breeding them if i can, but anyways, here is my collection, they are all crowntails, cant stand normal ones anymore, and cant find any halfmoons in the city, and plakats are bloody expensive lol (and i mean the cheapest one is $20) which would be fine, but my parents wont let me spend that kind of money on a betta. i will be custom making bigger bowls for them soon, but i wanted to take them to make sure i got them, they will be 7" cubes for tanks :)

anyway, this is a poll, so vote for your favorite

Damn Gage #2 is nice!... i want him 139.gif

i have a betta tank in my office but it's a commnity tank 4 males and 4 females along with some albino corys and neons... oh and a clown plec... they are the regular veil tail bettas though...

i love crown tails i had a nice one in a vase but he died a few weeks later.. (got it at Wal-Mart and they dont know how to care for fish) so i think i bought it sick.

$20 is ALOT for a Plakat they have some here that go for $7.99 and i thought that was a lot.. lol

Nice collection anyway!!!

GL if you do attempt breeding

thanx Christina, these are only LFS bettas, 10 bux each, but i found these ones worth the money, im thinking about picking up another one to, pearl white body with bright red fins, just the fins were a tad small so i didnt bother, im regretting it now... LOL.

#2 showed up best in the pic, the last one is absolutely beautiful if i could get a good pick, he is sunburst orange lol

you have 4 males and 4 female in the same tank??? that doesnt surprise me too much, it seems that the over breeding of these poor fish is maing them a little bit more relaxed with eachother.

im going to one of the best LFS in the city soon, he specializes in bettas and flowerhorns (his flowerhorns are all "canadian flowerhorns" though) but ive seen some beautiful bettas there.

does anyone know of any online sites that sell nice bettas, halfmoon preferably.

yeah well i bought them all as female juvies and got one larger male.. then 3 of the the 8 turned out to be males.. lol

they have been in the tank together for over a year so i gues they like eachother because they grew up together..

it's a nice feature in my office.

All of them are stunning but #2 is my favorite 154.gif

Lol.. have u seen my community tank of my male and female bettas on Youtube?

I have 8 of them together.. had nine but my female died from bloat.. the medication i gave her didnt work..
But your right they can be together thats for sure.. have had mine for a little over 1 1/2 years all in the same tank.

I dont have beauties that look like Gage's Bettas though.. mine are regular veil tails..
