Hey Gage, that's good looking front. $20 is very good deal. But I think he will get beat up soon. 4_12_12[1].gif 4_12_12[1].gif

Good price but fronts need other fronts as well they grow slow and are more timid so will get bullied. Keep an eye on his eating and make sure he gets food and the other fish bully him out of food

trust me, hes making sure hes getting his fair share hehe, ive done my research on these guys, trust me on this one, and besides, ive heard of tons of people keeping single fronts with other fish, including flowerhorns. dont get me wrong, i was definitely a bit cautious about adding this one as i would have liked to add one a bit bigger then 4" (was looking for 6") but this guy is fairing marvelously.

on the other hand, id have no problem getting a couple more fronts if what you say will happen happens 21.gif, but honestly, i dont think it will, he was living with other cichlids where i bought him from for about a month, Amphilophus hogaboomorus and Herichthys sp "white labridens" being a couple of the ones he was living with, there was also a couple of Paretroplus Nourissati in the tank as well, so pretty much what im saying is the aggression level between the 2 tanks (mine and the previous one) is pretty much the same, if he wasnt living with aggressive fish, i wouldnt have tryed him out, and woulda payed the extra 80 bux for the 7" male from my LFS, living with a ton of aggressive fish as well, including flowerhorns.

thanx for the concerns guys, but ive been planning this out for a while, i got this guy from Spencer Jack if you have ever heard of him, he only lives about 5 minutes from my house, so i seen what he was living with as well, and i made sure i seen before i bought him, like i said, if he had a more peaceful surrounding where he came from, there is no way in hell i woulda tryed it.

on a side note, im perfectly ready to pull him out if something was to happen
