Can anyone out there please tell me any exotic pleco that can withstand flowerhorn' s roughness and water reading, work on alge, and consume leftover food(market shrimp and pellet)? I kinda like the pattern on: L134(Leopard Frog Pleco), L333(Yellow King Tiger Pleco), and L264(Sultan Pleco). Will they be ok? All your knowlegeable comments are really appreciated and I thank You All in advanced.

Depends on the flowerhorn. I wouldn't risk anything over a common with a flowerhorn

It seems to me that the only way you are going to get a flowerhorn to allow company is to have him grow up with company. Even then it is a little iffy when the flowerhorn gets older. I think it depends on the fish though. He may just be ok with the pleco and then you are set. good luck!

I had some luck with rubbernose plecos as they stay fairly small, give them a pvc or two to hide and you should be fine

You can house them together, but you need to guy some pleco breeding caves. The fancy plecos will hide in the caves and seek refuge away from the fh. I bought some slate caves on aquabid.
