Well this has been my most tragic loss in the fish hobby.
Yesterday when feeding I noticed that my BKP had a very bloated side of the face and duck lips with some open wounds on it, think he was fending his breeding spot. I put him in a bucket with meth blue and metro plus and kept it around 83 or so. He was doing ok but and just discovered him dead. I dont want to post pics or talk about it so I am going to just ignore this thread till I am ready. This was my most fav fish and I let down bro Jonz greatly. lots of potty words. It always sux to lose a fish. When it's one of your favorites it's even harder. People who don't keep fish can't understand how we can get so attached to something with scales and fins that we can't even hold and cuddle like a kitten or a dog. But we do get attached to them. I know how you feel. I've lost many fish over the years but there are two that I still miss. I could cry every time I look at pictures of them and they've been gone for going on four years now.
