People keep on saying their fish is not done 'Fading'
and mostly they are talking about their SRT fish.. I read it on many posts.. Just curious what it actually means.. Im assuming 'Fading' means the black spots on the fish dissapears?? And Changes to Bright Orange/White??

Does anyone know the benefits of feeding bloodworms?
Or is it True that feeding bloodworms to FH will increase Color? Is there a limit to feeding them? Or however much they can consume? Also, which kind should I get? A) Freeze Dried C) Fresh Thanks for all suggestions

Has anyone ever noticed how intelligent flowerhorns are??
Or has anyone done a study on them? Reason why Im bringing up this subject is that I've noticed that MY flowerhorns are soooo smart!!! I have other tropical AND saltwater fish as well.. but NON of them inter-act with me the way my flowerhorns do... They follow my finger movements, and they allow me to pet them..and petting them is not just reaching my hand in the tank and touching them, they would swim back for more and would stay in the same spot so that I CAN touch them!! And whenever I walk up to the fish tank, they swim right up to me and 'Wag their tail'.. Just like a dog would do.. Sorta like they are happy to see me!!! Just 'Food for thoughts'.. :-)

I found a 'Zit' on the side of my FH, then I added 'Pimafix' medication into the water.
The next morning the Zit had moved to another location, and the original location looked like the scale had fallen off.. So I added some more Pimafix medication into the water, hoping the zit would disappear for good. Is this 'Normal' or has anyone seen this happened before? Thank for any comments..

I happened to watch my fish 'did his #2' and saw a white string
moving.. Then I noticed it was a worm.. so I got it and tossed it.. So, is it something for me to worry about? Does it mean my fish has worms in his stomach? What should I do?? |
