I Got Eggs

well i just bought a blood parrot female in put her in the tank with my red dragon flower horn now today i got eggs i got a few q's can yall help
1)how long do it take for the fry to hatch?
2)can i take the fry out of the big tank when they hatch in put them in a smaller one with a filter that wont suck them into it? if so what type of filter should i use when i do that?
3)can i leave the male in the tank with the eggs because hes also fanning the eggs with the female in they get alone?
4)what should i called them because they are red dragons + blood parrot?
if yall got any other things that i didnt ask about but need to know plz feel free to tell me
i know the pics are not clear but its the best i can do because eggs are so hard to get a pic of
