i read somewhere that its good to feed a variety of food fo Fhs, is it ok to feed Fhs mealworms? if yes, like how often...once a day?

hi, im new to flowerhorns and im looking at making my first purchase in this coming week....
i am from los angeles and id appreciate it very much you guys tell me where i can get a nice FH... ive been doing some reading here on your site (great site btw) and as i understand it there are a lot of variants of FH... i have no real preference as to what variant to get, i am planning to get a small fish and raise it to adulthood.... right now im hoping to get a reddish, male (and hopefully with a big kok gene) FH, any inputs from you guys are truly aprreciated. thanks |
