Got this little guy when i was up in Atlanta this weekend. Hes about 1.5 inches. Had to get him when i saw the coloring and what looks like to be some nice pearl. . Fairly new to the FH world. By the way hes not in this tank anymore. Ive moved him to his 55 gallon. Comments welcome...

Is it possible to cross breed flowerhorns with other types of cichlids? lets say like a green terror X flowerhorn mix? just curious

Fh Growth

What kind of growth rate can i expect from my little guy? I know it has alot to do with how much of something you are feeding him, but compared to like a jack dempsey or a oscar. Like 1 inch or so less a month?

New 2 The Hobby

Whats up people. Im new to the flowehorn world, but not to the aquarium world. I have various cichlids in other tanks. Bought my first FH this weekend from the lfs. Hes only maybe 2.5 inches at the most. Probly nothing like what Ive seen here but maybe he'll turn out ok. Heres some pics i tried to take after being in the tank for a couple hours. Maybe you all can tell me what ive got. Sorry about the quality of the pics, lil guys fast.....by the way, awesome site ya got here!!
