My Little Zz Female

Here's my pearly little ZZ. Probably 1.75 inches. I just noticed a dorsal spot (can't see in pics) on it today, then checked its vent, and it looks female. I've been giving her a few pellets of Chingmix sp50 headbooster a day, along with many other foods, and she's starting to get a little kok (much more noticeable in person), which initially made me think male. I'd like to eventually breed her to my carpinte male, probably this summer. Anyway, here are some pics, starting with when I got her a couple months ago, and then about 2 weeks ago, and the final one is from today. They were taken with a flash (she wouldnt' sit still!), so the colors are a bit deceiving.

Short Body Texas

Here's my "little" female Texas Cichlid, named "Stubs" by brynja. She's probably 4 inches with tail, and really thick. She kicked the ass of my 5" carpinte when I put him in with her, so I'll have to wait till he's a bit bigger. I'd love to breed her to a nice male SRT or Flowerhorn. Can't find a fertile one around my area!
