There will be no refund on cancellations, but you may switch fish if you like something else. I do not need the last minute cancellations going on. but if you can make the full payment, even better, I can mark you PAID and CONFIRMED!

Shipping Rate / Payments:
* For shipping, I will do a flat rate for all members that are outside of California, if you are ordering one 3-5" size fish, the shipping is flat $60.00 (fees/box/heat pack/etc) and each additional fish is $10 more up to 4 fish per box
* For people that are within California and needs shipping, the cost will be $45.00 (fees/box/heat pack/etc), each additional fish is $10 more up to 4 fish per box..
* IF you are purchasing the LARGER SHOW Quality fish (6"+).. the shipping may be more due to the size!! Also, The shipping rate MAY change after the fish arrives because the description and size of the fish imported sometimes don't match.


ALL SHIPPING WILL BE FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT guarranty for 10:30am delivery.

LOCAL PICK UP INFO!! On the date of arrivial of the fish, I will need all the LOCAL members to meet me in front of my store (before) that same day to pick up the fish, for any reason you will not be able to make it the same day and wish to pick up later, please PM me so i will give you my home address where you can pick up the fish. ** If i have to take the fish home and take care of it for you, there will be an extra $15 charge per fish for housing and caring for up to 7 days ONLY!
This does not apply to the out of state members, but i will ship out the fish within 3-5 days of arrival, and if you want me to hold the fish for longer by any reason, I will also request $15 charge per fish for housing and caring for up to 7 days ONLY!

DOA Policy:
Even though we strive for the best and safest ways to transport fish, sometimes, there will still be mishaps by the carriers. But do not worry, we have set up a DOA policy that should be fair to everyone.

for DOA fish, you have to be post picture of the dead fish with fins cut off within 6 hours of arrival time according to FEDEX delivery record to get a replacement fish.. for MPs that are DOA, you will have to discuss with JaPRO for future replacements. The Alive Arrival Guaranty will be VOID if no one sign for the package for WHATEVER REASON (I don't care), you have to sign for the package!! If the fedex man left the package at the door step and you later find out about the package and the fish are dead.. the Alive arrival guaranty is VOID. So make sure you will be home on the date of delivery.

Calender Shipping

Hi everyone, I am planning on shipping out the calenders early next week.. I will go see the tubes on monday.. please make a list here for those that have paid me for shipping/handling on the calenders and the number of calenders you ordered also.. I may not have too much in hand as most were water damaged from the shipping, but I know bro Danz also have 50 calenders on hand.. I think i may have about 40-45 pcs (have not count yet)

Official Thread - 2008 Ilc Group Buy Discussion

Hi Everyone, ok.. All the fish that was suppose to be ship out today have been sent! the bad news is that I was at the shipping center and got my bill.. I was like WTF?!! Fedex have adjusted their fuel surcharge over the last few months and still continue to climb.. I have totally over looked this from last bill i receive, but when i ship out 16 boxes and my bill was #!$#@#... Anyhow, on average.. I have miscalculated $15 in increase fuel surcharge, plus the supplies also wentup in price..

I will do this as an honor system.. for the people that I have ship the fish today and yesterday (with exception to Naminator (filing a claim)) please paypal me additional $15 to cover what i have fronted out today.. even the CA people please.. from now on..my new shipping rate will be $60 min for one fish to CA members, and $75.00 minimum for one fish to out of state members..

This is RIDICULOUS how much Gas prices are now! freaking BUSH!!!!!!
