Where can I get other food than sticks for my 15" flowerhorn. I have been feeding her those but people suggest some kinda shrimp. Where can I buy that at?

My 15" flowerhorn is going through a agressive spurt. If my kids go by the tank she literally goes crazy. I do not let them alone with her so I do not think they have been taunting her........(although maybe he thinks wow this woman has too many kids....lol......I have 4. The only person he doesnt attack is me. I can talk to him and he is calm and he will play with me and rub on the tank like I am petting him. He is so calm acting. Will this hurt cloe or is this normal? I try to keep the kids away. The only other time she attacks the glass is at night when all the lights go out and cloes light is still on. As long as I leave a light on she wont. Another question is how far can fish see? Every time I sit on my couch he starts tapping the glass to get my attention and I will go over and talk to him. Can he really see me? I leave his light on all the time is that ok?

Hi everyone how are you guys? I have seen some beutiful fish on here. I introduced cloe in the id room so I will do it in here. Any suggestions would be helpful....................I know absolutely nothing about her I inherited her with a new tank I bought. She is full of personality and is huge. She is 15 inches long............I love her to death.......Her name is cloe.........Thanks.....
